Katie and Trey got married on St. Simons Island on the riverfront lawn of Epworth by the Sea. It was one of our shorter weddings – only 3 hours. In that time we had a bride happy to the point of laughing all the way down the aisle, a super-fun reception, a bundle of sparklers igniting in a guest’s hand, and the kind of sunset a wedding photographer prays for.

Katie + Nick Engagement
Sunday, November 15th, 2009I’m not gonna lie. I was so stoked when I heard that our newest bride was a designer. I knew photos with them would be epic. As it turned out, I was right. Katie and Nick joined us on St Simons Island at the pier to walk the village and at Epworth to create some breathtaking images. We “borrowed” a neat staircase, battled gnats, climbed on rocks, rode bikes, and ended with an amazing sunset.
After all of this, we can’t wait to shoot their wedding next year!
Enjoy the images.

Mallery & Earin’s Engagement Session on St. Simons Island – TEASER
Saturday, September 26th, 2009Two shots into this session we knew we were gonna get some amazing images. Laid back, easy going, and fun, Mallery and Earin made photographing them a breeze. We began their engagement photos at Epworth by the Sea on St. Simons Island. It’s such a beautiful place for photos. We then headed to the St. Simons Pier and Village area to take advantage of all it has to offer. The sunset that night blew us away.
Congratulations Mallery and Earin! We can’t wait to shoot your wedding in December!
Here’s a teaser set. More to come.
