The Jekyll Island Club is one of our favorite places to photograph weddings. There is seriously no place there that isn’t great for pictures. We’re glad to be able to photograph so many weddings there.
Claudia and David had a beautiful wedding on the lawn at Crane Cottage. I love how simple yet beautiful Jekyll Island sets things up. A few rows of white chairs on a green lawn amongst trees and flowers makes for a great scene for a wedding.
We were fortunate that day. Lighting was looking to be difficult. It was super-bright on one side and shadowy on the other. As we were about to begin the ceremony the clouds moved in to create some beautiful light. Like a huge softbox in the sky!

Great wedding photos set at one of my favorite places on Jekyll, the Crane Cottage. I particularly liked the one with the fountain in the foreground, and the one with the wedding party acting up among the palm trees in front of the Intra-coastal Waterway.
