Ashley + Michael Are Married :: St. Simons Island Wedding Photography
Friday, October 29th, 2010Ashley and Michael have been super-fun clients since the beginning. Their Jekyll Island engagement session at sunrise was stunning and they were really good sports about getting up that early. It was so worth it!
Their wedding day began at Epworth by the Sea. It’s always great to photograph there. They were married in Lovely Lane Chapel – always a favorite place to photograph. Afterward we joined them for a fun reception at Sea Palms. The jazz band they had play was incredible.

Michele + David :: St. Simons Island Wedding on the Marsh
Wednesday, October 20th, 2010Kind of a funny story here. We were going to our first wedding as a guest in about three years. David and Michele are friends of ours and we were looking forward to getting to a 4 o’clock wedding at 3:45. I got a call a few days before the wedding from the photographer with the news that her second-shooter could no longer assist and needed a fill in. Well of course I said yes!
Their wedding was on the marsh overlooking Sea Island. It was a perfect day. Bright blue sky and a nice breeze.
It was great to be a dual guest/photographer. I got the best of both worlds!
